Stunning Reception Staff (K.Fah)
This is a very 5 star hotel but the experience has been received here is beyond than that. All staffs are freindly and willing to offer a stunning service. The room, pool and facilities are so excellent.

Absolutely perfect family trip
I really appreciate with service mind of Khun Best the manager. He took great care of us since our first step to the hotel. We impressed with the overall service of hotel in every parts including bellboy, driver, room service, waiter/ waitress in the dining rooms and maids. We received beyond expectations of their service, amenities and atmosphere of hotels. The hotel view is definitely stunning with very wide and peaceful beachfront. We also have 1 disabled person with wheelchair in this trip. He received everything he needed and stayed in the hotel without any obstacles. Thank you for everything and we shall go back again for sure :)

Unforgettable
The service is beyond expectations, the staff warm and attentive especially Khun Best and Khun Mild and the beachfront views are breathtaking. The food is also delicious especially at Salt society. We really want to be back again.

My stay at Centara Resort Koh Samui was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond amazing. Michelle went above and beyond to help with everything we needed—she truly made our experience unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious, spotless, and cleaned twice a day, which was such a nice touch. One of the highlights was the daily “Surprise of the Day”—a fun little treat that made each day feel special. I can’t recommend this resort enough. Perfect location, incredible staff, and pure relaxation!

Stay in Chaweng
It was the second time staying in Chaweng and the did an upgrade with the room and it was the best. Houskeeping was the best always keep asking what you need. Had a great time here in Centara Reserve.

Perfect staying
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and the main reason for that was the incredible staff. We travel total 7 person, 3 rooms. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care, making us feel not like guests, but like family. Michelle the Experience Manager take care us very well and professionally. As well as her team , front office staffs are all very supportive and friendly. We highly recommend this resort and will be back again .

Best hotel ever!
I have been here for 5 night I don’t want to leave this place, the rooms are perfect, the food are awesome, but the best thing here is the people, they are so kind! Fern, Fah and Michelle are the best ! So kind! Love them😍

Amazing Resort
We absolutely loved this hotel, it was a sprawling beach front resort with manicured gardens and wonderful staff. Natty from The Terrace was an ABSOLUTE stand out. Her service and attention to detail was second to none. Natty knew how to read the room and pre empted our needs. Thank you Natty for being so wonderful. We certainly hope there is a staff rewards program.

Koh Samui 2025
We had a fantastic second time stay at Centara Reserve Koh Samui. From the service from all of the staff and the quality of the rooms, facilities and food from The Terrace breakfast were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

It's the best hotel in Koh Samui
It was the happiest travel destination and hotel of the recent trip. I think the service of the staff as well as the condition of the room was the best. I get treated more than the value of the money I paid.

Great location
Lovely swim up pool bar. Amenities were clean but rooms were a bit small as did not have room for at least one chair to sit inside or enough places to put your things.Beds were comfy.

Sanctuary on Chaweng
Splendid modern hotel. Has it all. Minutes from the mayhem of the bar district, but secluded and included at the same time. Beautiful grounds. Great staff. We had the pleasure of their premium suite and LOVED it!

Awesome family holidays at Centara Reserve Samui
We stayed from 1 week with the family in the resort looking for relaxing holidays and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the welcoming at arrival up to check-out - all staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms (we had room 732 and 617) are really nicely done and the bed really enabling a good sleep. All in all I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Exceptional Resort
This resort offered everything of the highest standard. Room, grounds, facilities are gorgeous. Luxurious in every way with an exceptional staff. Shout out to Best who was unbelievable and offered a customized experience. Him and his team (Fern, Beaut) were always available and went out of their way to help and provide an unbelievable stay.

Centara amazing holiday
Wonderful, elegant, beautiful surroundings in a truly magnificent setting. We were treated like royalty the minute we stepped into the Centara. Excellent food and service and we had a grand holiday.
